Returns
Eligibility Window
- Products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Returns or exchanges after this period will not be accepted.
Conditions for Return/Exchange
- Items must be returned in their original condition, as received
- Include the original packing slip with your order number
- All items should be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact, free from animal or human hair
- Items must be odor-free (e.g., smoke, cologne, or deodorant)
- Jewelry and socks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. For defective items, please reach out to our support team
Processing Time
- Returns are processed within 7 business days, though during high-volume periods, this may be extended
Refund Process
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method. If a return is denied, the item will be returned to you
Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your credit card company, as posting times can vary
- Contact your bank for processing times

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return it according to our return guidelines and include exchange instructions with your order number. Note:
- We cannot process exchanges for out-of-stock items, and these will be refunded
- Exchange requests are initiated once your return is scanned and in transit to us
- For accurate processing, please do not combine multiple exchange orders in a single package
Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges on final sale, clearance items, jewelry, or socks. Return shipping costs are not covered, except for eligible exchanges.
Defective/Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@spencerandlynn.com with photo evidence. We will issue a return label for eligible exchanges (domestic only). Claims beyond 30 days will be considered wear and tear and are ineligible for exchange.
