Fast Shipping Across the U.S.!

We deliver promptly to the following states: AK, CA, CT, FL, ID, LA, NE, NV, NH, NM, ND, OR, VA, WV, and WY. Standard shipping typically takes 4-7 business days. Please note that packages are sent uninsured. For security, please ship to a safe location, as Spencer & Lynn is not liable for lost or stolen packages once delivered. Someone 21 years or older must be present to receive deliveries that include wine or spirits.

Order Tracking

Once your order is processed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. This email includes a tracking number and link to the carrier's website to monitor your shipment. Be sure your email address is entered correctly at checkout to receive tracking updates. If you do not receive this email within a few days, check your spam folder or contact us at info@spencerandlynn.com.

Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Carriers

We ship through DHL, UPS, USPS, and FedEx, with rates calculated live at checkout based on discounted rates. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Spencer & Lynn is not responsible for packages once delivered, whether left at your address or in your mailbox.

Processing Time

Orders are processed at our distribution center in Mystic, Connecticut, typically within 3 business days. During holidays or sales periods, processing times may extend slightly. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking email.

Final Sale & Clearance Items

All sales are final on clearance items. These purchases are ineligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges and are not included in store-wide sales or promotions.

Local Delivery

Convenient Local Delivery in Connecticut!

We proudly offer local delivery to our customers in the Mystic and surrounding areas. Orders placed before 2 PM are generally delivered the next business day. A flat fee of $5 applies for local delivery within our service area.
